Meet the Team
“Today, I manage 600+ apartment units, 450k+ square feet of commercial real estate, and work with over 500 tenants where I oversee the accounting, maintenance, and tenant relations for owners. I've worked with most of my owners for over 10 years and the biggest compliment they've given to me was they're enjoying "hassle-free ownership". - Vinny Small
Vinny attend Central Catholic HS in Portland, Oregon where he was a wide receiver for the football team, and also played basketball and baseball. His love for sports has continued to be a passion, and he frequently attends sporting events with his family and friends (Go Blazers!). After high school, Vinny attend University of Montana where he went on to get his associates of business administration. Right after college, Vinny partnered with Windermere Commercial where he helped grow the total portfolio by 400%+.

Craig Marquardo, Portfolio Manager
Craig has spent more than 22 years providing award-winning property management to multi-family properties of all shapes and sizes from Florida to Oregon. After producing a stunning turnaround on a site, he won the 2009 MMHA Property Manager of the Year. He has been nominated several times since.
Craig's initial focus is always on clean-up. Cleaning up the physical property, but also cleaning up the files, the accounting, the processes, the collections, the delinquencies. Then he will develop a careful and thorough plan to maximize earnings, while still providing a high value to tenants’ quality of life. He has a strong eye for curb appeal, tenant activities, and longer-than-average tenancies. His tenants don't want to leave!
He has a great rapport with owners and 'speaks their language'. His goal is to give the owner the peace of mind needed to not have to worry about their investments, knowing it is in great hands. He stays up on all the recent law changes, keeps his managers well-trained and accountable, and treats all of the properties as if they were his own.
