Vinny has spent most of his life in the real estate industry. Growing up in Portland, Oregon, his family owned and managed several commercial properties, allowing him to rapidly expand his knowledge - from maintenance issues to redeveloping a property - at a young age.

Today, Vinny is happy to continue serving Oregon and Washington as a licensed Principal Broker, specializing in commercial sales, leasing, and property management. After 8 successful years with Windermere, Vinny decided to branch out and begin his own real estate journey.

“Today, I manage 600+ apartment units, 450k+ square feet of commercial real estate, and work with over 500 tenants where I oversee the accounting, maintenance, and tenant relations for owners. I've worked with most of my owners for over 10 years and the biggest compliment they've given to me was they're enjoying "hassle-free ownership". - Vinny Small
